Do you only find properties in Sevenoaks?
Sevenoaks is our main area of expertise including Westerham and Ide Hill to the West and Ightham to the East, surrounding villages including Otford, Shoreham, Weald, Underriver, Plaxtol, Shipbourne and Hildenborough as well as Tunbridge Wells and further afield. We have found properties all over Kent and London.
We live overseas – will you be able to help us?
Absolutely! We are specialists in helping people cross continents and no challenge is too big for us. We routinely offer to conduct remote viewings via video or WhatsApp.
Would you be able to organise the move?

Do you provide interior design services?
Great question! Whilst we don’t undertake any large-scale projects, our clients benefit from our expertise as professional interior designers and you will be able to benefit from our eye for design. This is vital for being able to unearth a gem that might not be as obvious to the untrained eye. We work very closely with some of the best builders, designers and architects and are very happy to arrange for them to come along to a viewing if needed.
What can we expect from our Orientation Day with you?
Our Orientation Days are always highly insightful and productive and you will leave with a clear idea about which areas will best match your lifestyle vision. The day lasts approximately four hours and includes a light lunch. This in-depth orientation service is available for an additional fee to registered clients.
